Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your receipt by logging into your account on our website and going to the “Orders” section. Select your order to see the full details. If a receipt or invoice is available, you can view or download it directly from there. If you need any help, our support team will be happy to assist you.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Since flowers are fresh and perishable products, returns or exchanges are not available for change of mind. Our team will review your request and assist you with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

We currently deliver fresh flowers and gifts across Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Same-day delivery is available within Riyadh for most orders placed before the cut-off time. For special requests or delivery outside Riyadh, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.
